Benepali question

Hi. I was doing really well on Benepali but had to miss 2 jabs as put on antibiotics. I've been on it again with my 3rd one last night.Now the next morning after my last 3 jabs I feel really tired and lightheaded with a headache. Has anyone had this happen to them please?

I’ve been on it 7.5yr never had a problem. Missed 12 weeks earlier this year due to surgery and poor wound healing, still had no issues when I restarted. Is it maybe just coincidence, maybe your coming down with something, might be worth checking for covid.

Sounds like it might be a bug and I've had a year off it and restarted with special extenuating circumstances as it works far better than Abetercept for me and no issues. But a bug that only happens every week or so is odd. Do you have signs of a UTI?

No not so far I've just had a look at NHS re UTI no symptoms that they list. I'll do a COVID test just in case. I've had hospital appointments 3 days on the trot so could have picked something up I guess although I used lots of hand gel and a mask each time. Temperature, blood pressure etc are fine. X

I never get symptoms with a UTI yet a lot of blood. It's been under investigation for a couple of years in case it's a broken blood vessel in kidneys. I think and have thought for a long time its linked to Benapli but as I don't feel ill and they've done a lot of tests I might know soon. Hospitals like grandchildren are germ factories so worth considering. I hope you're feeling better very soon. x

Aw I hope you find out very soon ! Just tested negative for COVID so far. I'll check again tomorrow if I still feel yuk. X

I've been taking benepali for nearly 3 years now, over this time I've probably missed 6 injections due to various bugs etc and everything so far (touch wood) I've been OK and it's worked .

Hope yours begins yo work OK, suspect as others say it might be a bug

Hi , I often after stop due to infection , sometimes if you still have some infection the injection reacts against it 👍
