4 Strikes (Biologics) and You're Out
I have seronegative inflamatory arthritis and have been on biologics for the last 10 years. Prior to starting biologics I could hardly walk and was in a lot of pain especially in my knees. Spent nearly 2 years on crutches and was on disability. I started with Enbrel and within days my symptoms improved

As none of the medication I have previously tried had been effective my specialist is recommending we try Rituximab or
Belimumab
next, has anyone had positive experiences of these?

Belimumab and Rituximab combo
I have SLE which and my rheumy has recently suggested Rituximab and
Belimumab
infusions combo (Rituxi every 6 months with
Belimumab

Current and future therapies for SLE: obstacles and recommendations for the development of novel treatments
Despite the substantial long-term investment of research, clinical activity and resources for identifying new treatments for this disease, only one new therapy, the biological
belimumab
, has been approved in the past 50 years.

Golimumab (Simponi)
Has anyone got any recent experience with above biologic, I'm so desperate for it to work as my previous treatment (rituximab) had no effect. The information leaflet says it can take up to 12 weeks to work, has anyone had it work any quicker?

On top of the world....
I am on Bio chem Golimumab (monthly injections). This is my 3rd injection, and I feel great! I also take Leflunomide and Hydroxychloroquine. Its taken nearly two years, but have I found my miracle?? Will keep you posted, always reluctant to get excited for too long, as a bite in the bottom could be imminent

Biologics applied for
Hi peeps, I'm just back from the hospital, having just applied for anti tnfs/ biologics. I was offered a choice of four: Etanercept (a biosimilar), Adalimumab, Certolizumab pegol or Golimumab. Initially, I was shown a sideshow of anti tnfs in general, then shown the injection dummies and told how often
