New here, Need advice regarding supplement: TUDCA
Hello, I recently stumbled into this site while googling PD and TUDCA. I found a year-old post where someone suggested three supplements: TUDCA, Grape Seed Extract and EGC-g, but emphasized starting with the TUDCA. So I ordered all three and the TUDCA brand I chose was "Mind & Body". Since my dad's

TNBC and recurrence
I am 47 and have undergone MRM for TNBC grade 3 stage 2A node negative a year back. I had 4 Epirubicin + 4 Paclitaxel chemo cycles. A PET scan at the time of surgery had not revealed any metastases. With TNBC, the sceptre of recurrence always looms large. A few studies about aspirin, taurine and turmeric

Ablation. Perth. Western Australia.
Hi everyone. How would I go about getting a second opinion for an ablation. Has anyone had one done in Perth Western Australia. I don't mind flying to Sydney for better treatment. Is there a way to find someone who is knowledgable and very experienced that can alleviate my fears about the procedure

Interesting article on the BBC website this morning about energy drinks, and finishes with a warning that "The impact on people with heart disease is also unknown. However, the research team advises that children and people with an irregular heart beat should avoid the drinks." http://www.bbc.co.uk

Sorry I haven't been on since replying to my first post.
Well I took the advice of whywhy and Minnie and have been to get some supplements. I got a magnesium taurate supplement from Biocare and Menoforce Sage tablets. The lady in the shop is alternative medicine practitioner and asked me a lot of questions. She very quickly picked out these two supplements

90 (plus) essential nutrients that we all need.
In Britain, we have beautiful, rich, soil varieties that contain all of the required life-giving nutrients that hold the magical 'pinch' of life's wealth and health. We only ever hear about a few of the minerals and vitamins that are required in our diet but I would like to share with you a little information

A little bit of hope perhaps
Thought it might be nice to give a little bit of hope on a sunny day. First of all, I think it might be good to hear that my Mum first noticed (PSP) symptoms at least 12 years ago, maybe even 13. I have sometimes read that people only survive for 5-10 years with PSP, and although this might be true for
