6 weeks -1 day lost some pregnancy symptoms. Also on blood thinning injections!

Hi all, I am 6 weeks 1 day but since yesterday I lost some of my symptoms. I had been very nauseous, couldn’t think of food or being extremely hungry and exhausted and out of the suddenly I feel that all this symptoms has gone. I only have sore boobs but the rest of the symptoms completely disappeared.

I have done 3 test today as I was completely freaking out...

I am on Fragmin injections and aspirin for blood cloth issues and super worries if loosing your symptoms is a sign of a miscarriage.

Also anyone in here on Fragmin?

I didn't have any normal symptoms of pregnancy, no nausea, sickness, tiredness etc. In either of my pregnancies. It's not a sign of miscarriage for symptoms to come and go. I had framin during my 2nd pregnancy from 28 weeks, up until 6 weeks post partum. I took baby aspirin in my first pregnancy but didn't have to in my second pregnancy.
