Meds or not meds.
This means no
aspirin
and all the medication I have seen has gastric/digestion side effects. The clinic is being understanding and have decided on a watch and wait. My last platelets were 536. Other bloods normal.

Holiday advice
On dual antiplatelet treatment (
aspirin
& prasugrel), with bisoproplol, ramipril and atorvastatin. Have made a good recovery thanks to Cardio Rehab team and follow on support from GP, as well as daily exercise and big change of diet. Have lost 17kg. Back at work since September.

Not a heart attack
After just over a week they then released me and put me on daily
aspirin
. Ever since being released I've been having waves of fatigue that come on suddenly and when standing still my heart rate jumps to over 110, sometimes over 120.

stopping blood thinners for medical procedure
But the spinal surgeon is afraid I’ll have a heart attack if I stop
aspirin
for a week so is now saying he won’t do the procedure. My question is: has anyone stopped
aspirin
for a length of time to have a medical procedure? I’m so sick of fighting and so sick of being in constant pain.

IVIG after heart surgery and stopping IBRUTIMIB
Can’t do blood thinners,
aspirin
and Irbutinib at the same time. I stopped Ibrutinib 11 months ago and had the bypass. Due to a hospital acquiring MRSA (staph infection), I required three additional surgeries to remove the infection. My sternum is still separated and will be forever.

All saying you have osteoarthritis take an
aspirin
. Then a couple of months ago I finally got a face to face appointment, which I was going to cancel and ask for a referral to a better rheumatology dept elsewhere.

Stopping clopidogrel safely—abruptly or gradual cessation?
Then I read about hopeful suggestions to avoid clots by instead stopping clopidogrel by tapering it gradually over a period of time (adding in low dose
aspirin
). But some studies dispute that.

Cytokines and MPN
I was referred 7 months ago to a hospital specializing in MPN, there I was told I most likely have PFM, so I have been taking Jakavi 2x10mg,
Aspirin
,2x Fexofenadine180mg for the allergy plus a monthly shot of Xolair. This cocktail of medication really helps me.
