Radiation Dosage
My husband is going tomorrow for simulation for radiation for IGMRT. We were informed by the nurse that the dosage would be 225 cGY fraction each for the 25 sessions for a total of 5625cGy. Sounds like a lot? Concerned about the side effects and what to expect. Reading other people’s dosages they seem

Exercise post surgery
Hi, I appreciate there are other more serious matters of concern but I would just like to know what types of exercise and when you started after lung surgery. I am bored with physio and less motivated to walk everyday!

Relieved!
just had CT scan to access pain and discomfort. All good! Also, lymph nodes decreased in size about 50%. My doctor attributes the pain to Zanubrutinib side effect. Hopefully it will only be temporary. Looks like treatment is working! Thanks for all the input!

Residual tumour regrowth
Hi there, I had surgery in 2021 to remove a large AN. My follow-up MRI scans showed that all was well--until the last one, which shows regrowth. It's slight (from 17 x 5 mm to 22 x 7 mm) but it still really scares me. My consultation with my neurosurgeon (the one who saved me before) isn't until the

Eligard injection site
I’m changing from 3 month Lupron to 6 month Eligard. Lupron has always been injected in my hip and I’m wondering if Eligard can also use the same site. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Is there anyone with experience in bladder cancer treatment?
I am 74 and in CLL remission after a 24-month course of Venetoclax plus Rituximab completed in September 2023. KEYTRUDA Side Effects
Hi All, After failing docetaxel and pluvicto my MO put me on KEYTRUDA. Yesterday, 13 September, I experienced some very painful side effects. My neck was really stiff, which made moving it painful and difficult. The other issue was that all my joints and nerve endings felt like they were on fire. Moving

Hearing loss
My upcoming AN surgery will result in permanent hearing loss in my left ear. What is the experience of living with hearing in only one ear, and has anyone had cochlear implants? How effective are they?

Using Enzalutamide, Darolutamide, Apalutamide only.
I've seen a number of posters here and there who say they use one of the "mides" listed above with no ADT like Lupron, Eligard, Firmagan, or Orgovyx, etc. If so, did you begin that regimen after being on first level ADT for a while along with the 'mide," or did you start on the "mide" alone at the start
