Night Time Anxiety
I woke up with a panic attack 7 mo ago and have night time
anxiety
since then. I dread bed time. Sometimes I only sleep a couple hours before my body feels revved up and I don’t go back to sleep. I have to take a nap in the afternoon. I recently do therapy on Zoom .

I went to the doctor thinking he would decrease my meds and instead he just put me on anti
anxiety
meds. To this day I still can't take a walk without the
anxiety
creeping up and it is starting to affect other aspects like driving and going outside. Any advice on how to handle this?

Anxiety and sleep
I've always suffered from phases of
anxiety
, to different extremes, and in my 20s my sleep was terribly disturbed. Since having my first child 11 years ago the sleep has actually been fine.

How do you all cope now with your
anxiety
& worries? I find that because I'm slower at doing things now, I worry about them more. I'm exhausted. Thankyou all. X

Recurrent Anxiety & Depression
Then my psychiatrist made a medication change that has caused insomnia and increased symptoms of depression and
anxiety
. I'm sick of the constant lack of stability, the emotional roller coaster ride, and not feeling like myself.

Urination and anxiety
Hi EveryoneI'm having real
anxiety
about my dialysis sessions. Warning TMI 😳😳 Recently I have been having issues, when I go to the toilet. I thought it was a UTI but nothing showed up in tests. My GP believes it's due to lack of oestrogen.
