Edited: PD increases chance of RLS.(yes) Azilect worsens RLS.(wrong) Ambroxol, being an antihistamine I believe worsens RLS.(incorrect)
Antihistamines
are stated to worsen RLS. Ambroxol is an antihistamine. On the RLS forum I was told “not that kind of antihistamine,”. I have yet to research that further. Some
antihistamines
are said to worsen RLS.

Can Hayfever make my Hypothyroidism worse ?
Hi I’m wondering if my Hayfever is making my Hypothyroidism worse? And if so does anyone know any tips on how to get it back level? I’ve read a little about histamine and that it can affect your T4/T3 but I’m not really sure, I’ve had particularly bad Hayfever over the last few weeks and I’m starting

Methotrexate
Hi everyone. Anyone on here who has been prescribed methotrexate. I’ve been on hydroxychloroquine for 10 years now. Last year I had a flare up when we had the 2 really hot 🥵 days. After ringing my own drs who told me to use antihistamine cream, medication, cool showers etc, which I’d already done, also

cetirazine and RLS
Just had a really bad night after taking a cetirazine as I have some really bad insect bites. Anyone also found that this antihistamine triggers RLS?

Allergic to the sun?
Hi, I've had lots of things go wrong over time, but this is new. I was doing a little gardening, and I mean a little, on Saturday, I felt my feet tingling in the sunshine but didn't think anything of it. I thought i had prickly heat so sat with my feet in a bucket of icy water put some sudocrem on

Myelin Sheath Repair
This isn't technically a B12 question but since a lot of us have peripheral neuropathy I thought I'd post it here. Has anyone read about a newly discovered use for an old antihistamine, clemastine? They say it can repair the myelin sheath for MS patients. Here is a blurb I read: "[i]Now, researchers

Waking up with swollen eyelids and itchy head
I noticed it like two days ago and putted cream and took
antihistamines
, i don't know why it's perceiving or whether it's something else. I sleep all day. And my head is itchy but can't put cream there. This allergy is driving me insane

Higher pulse than average
I’m quite fit but am feeling as though I’ve run a marathon - heart rate up and air hungry . I have UAT and take Armour Thyroid. I’ve reduced the dose from 1 grain am and pm to 1 am and 1/2 pm but it hasn’t made any difference. This has been happening for about two weeks now. I also take HRT, vitamin

High TSH, Normal T3 T4 Help
During a pre-op over all wellness check, blood was taken (my TSH came back 55. T3 and T4 within accepted range), which I did not know at the time. Five days later (admitted to hospital for a Myelogram for the up coming back surgery) and more blood taken, along with heaps of test to make sure I wasn't

Concerned about ?asthma symptoms, what is significant and what is not
Hi hope everyone is ok. Just looking for some opinions and advice really as I am confused when it comes to my breathing. If you are in a bad mood or not feeling very patient the below might annoy you but I am just trying to be honest and describe my experience. Basically for the past 12 years since

Ambroxol is an antihistamine. High histamine associated with PD. Low histamine associated with RLS
Antihistamines
can worsen RLS. But not all and I don’t know why not all. RLS and PD are opposites in some ways like iron metabolism. My puzzle: why do I have RLS now and simultaneously less PD symptoms? My Pd improved so much I considered stopping Azilect. Doctor said no need to wean.

Hello. I’m new here.
But I learned that
antihistamines
can worsen RLS? I’m so sad to be facing this particularly at such a young age. Thank you to anyone who has read all of this! And thank you for this forum!

Urticaria to sun exposure
Hi. I don't have any diagnosis yet but i'm paying for a private rhumato this week. I start having spot on my hand for three month almost each day and the first month i had fatigue, was just able to go to school but nothing else. The skin was itchy only when the spot was not there. No cooking or cleening

I am still on cortisone and
antihistamines
but after 6 days am beginning to feel better. It is worrying though , and I cannot help thinking 'what next?'. My inclination is to think that the Ibrutinib could be making me ever more sensitive.
