Advice on medication
I am now considering trying
antidepressants
as I think gabapentin will give me too many side effects. before I talk to the doctor (could be any of about 20, none of which seem to know anything about rls and give me the impression fibro is all in my head) I would like some advice.

Hashimoto's and not feeling better
Things I have tried previously but did not help: gluten-free diet, avoiding intolerable foods, avoiding dairy, sibo treatment,
antidepressants
/other meds, exercising, NDT, T3, adrenal supplements, etc. I am currently so unwell that I can't work.

Medichecks results (finally) and comparison with 3mths ago. Any advice always welcome
Feel 'out of it' and not sure how much of that is the horrible
antidepressants
. I also lost 2st before the meds and now put back more than that since being on them. Hard to tell which symptoms are due to them.... :-( I'm starting a slow taper off them on Friday.

Maybe ADD?
Since then I take pills:
antidepressants
and mood stabilizers. My depressions got better, but my focus and my energy didn't increase. I also feel a lack of motivation and I often just lie in bed doing nothing at all. Maybe I have ADD ? Or am I still depressed? Thank you for reading this

Reflux symptoms suppressed by antidepressants?
Could anyone please share if they have had good results of taking
antidepressants
to treat functional heartburn symptoms: regurgitation and burping, etc. I’m also starting to get pains in my chest again- really sharp.

Anxiety and stress from work
I have been advised to talk to my GP about my mental well-being but the last time I talked about my mood swings I was only given the option of
antidepressants
and I felt frustrated at the lack of support.

New here
Hi, I’m struggling with anxiety and depression and have started on
antidepressants
about 12 days ago. I had a bout of depression a few years ago and a few years before that. Each time I was placed on medication and I guess felt better after a while, as I was able to get off the medication.

The Psychedelic Drug Trial
With over seven million people being prescribed
antidepressants
each year in England alone, this drug trial is an important milestone in understanding a completely different treatment for depression.

I've been on
antidepressants
for decades. Wellbutrin XL 150 mg. For 25 years and Viibryd 20 mg. For past 10 years. My insurance is no longer covering Viibryd. I've increased the wellbutrin to 300 mg. I'm feeling unmotivated and depressed.

Medication with tinnitus - is there ANY safe one?
I've been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and feel like I want to try medication - but as far as I know, all the
antidepressants
can worsen the tinnitus which I absolutely want to avoid.

I really don’t like taking medicine bc in the past I’ve taken a few different kinds of
antidepressants
that just made me depressed or more anxious and I’m just skeptical of medicine in general.

Antidepressant?
This is a very personal question, but I'm wondering if anyone is taking an antidepressant? and if so, which one? I've been struggling with depression for more than a year now, resisting medication and hoping that I could get past this with therapy, meditation, exercise, and diet, but it has proven

Hello, I am a 49 year old Welsh girl. I have been having blood tests for several years but a temporary GP at my practice was concerned with my thyroid. I did a home test with Thriva, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I am not on any medication other than antidepressant Sertraline. I phoned
