Erratic Heart Rate - Afib or Tachycardia 24 hour heart monitor.
Since my Open Heart Surgery's twice in April 2019 for an Ascending Thoracic Aortic
Aneurysm
I've had Afib and Tachycardia issues and was on Amiodarone for a few and months and now on bisoprolol. It settled for a while but its gradually came back and more recently its gotten more frequent.

anyone tried or recommended to use Secukinumab(cosentyx) for GCA?
These findings were a bit disturbing, as I developed a Thoracic Aortic
Aneurysm
from GCA. Thus thought would reach out for any insight from this knowledgeable group.

Aortic Disease Guideline for 2022 from the ACC/AHA is out!
The third change is a strong recommendation that first-degree relatives of anyone with an
aneurysm
of the aortic root or ascending aorta, or with an aortic dissection, should be screened with aortic imaging.

New To This
My Gleason 9 prostate cancer was discovered last month by a CT scan checking on the size of my abdominal
aneurysm
. Some nearby nodes seemed to also be present. My urologist took 12 biopsies, and now wants to do a PSMA HEP scan. Waiting for my insurance to do a pre-approval.

GCA and Osteoporosis
I asked about the CT scan and she says there was no mass but I had a small
aneurysm
on my spleen but said it was nothing to worry about. She then rang me yesterday to say my CPR was extremely high and to now increase my steroids up to 40mg.

Any advice on what to expect at all please?
At the beginning of June 22, I suffered a very unexpected ruptured brain
aneurysm
. I was rushed to hospital where I had a coiling procedure and recovered in hospital for little under two weeks. I’m home, tired, emotional, too busy for this nonsense!

It's to get a 2nd opinion on a small brain
aneurysm
and to see if I have an AVM, which the nhs one said I don't have. The MRA report said 'no superficial AVM detected', which makes me wonder if there may be one deeper in the brain. I have pulsatile tinnitus.

Cisplatin based chemotherapy and neck irradiation for cancer has caused Parkinsonism/MSA symptoms in my husband and no diagnosis yet. Help.
He has a small infrarenal aortic
aneurysm
that on measurements is stable for now. His baroreceptors have been damaged from neck radiation. He went to a neurologist for many years that did sleep studies, and my husband has since been using a CPAP at night for sleep apnea/oxygen.

Strange one I had open heart surgery twice in 2019 for an Ascending Aortic
Aneurysm
. Though as far as I know my heart was in good condition. I then had bouts of Afib following surgery. More recently I've had bouts of Tachycardia.

Flow diverter op.
I had a ruptured
aneurysm
in 2018 which I had coiled, but have had head pain since, but accepted that as side effects along with short term memory probs, processing and daily life stuff.. But now I have another and the surgeons want to fit a flow diverter to seal this area off 🤔🤷♀️..
