Pilates after coiling surgery
Hi Just wondering if anyone has done Pilates after cooking of an
aneurysm
. I had mine fixed in 2018 but when doing Pilates for the first time today I got a bit of blurred vision, felt strange and a little disorientated.

Am I a vulnerable adult if I have an aneurysm?
I have a new
aneurysm
where my clip is where I had a subarachnoid haemorrhage. Would I be classed as vulnerable? I work in a care home as an activities coordinator and feel that they are anxious for me to back in. I have been off work for two weeks. Should I still be self isolating?

Essential key workers with heart disease.
If my work has identfied me as an essential worker, what are my options with Heart disease BV and aortic
aneurysm
? I work with young adults with special needs and the government has identified these learners as vulnerable. Is there any way I can protect myself?

Help !!!
1980 I had a large
aneurysm
coiled and stented . Has taken me a long long time to pick myself up. Many ups and downs but managed to learn to walk with an aid. The last two weeks I seem to have taken a step back and unable to do as much without help .Very dizzy now and head just wants to be floppy .

What was your mobility like when you were discharged home?
So my Dad has been in hospital 7 weeks, 6 of which have been in ICU after suffering a ruptured
aneurysm
. He also has a stoma after some of his large bowel died and he later developed pneumonia from ventilator. Now he is on medical ward but not mobile and with alot of muscle wasting.

My left ear is whooshing with my heartbeat
As you can imagine, with body-focused anxiety, it's sooo difficult for me to not fixate on the idea that my brain will explode from an
aneurysm
or clot at any moment. (Cue the panic attack.) ***Does anyone else here suffer from The Whoosh, & is it related to anxiety?!

Worried about my Dad leaving ICU
My Dad has been in ITU for 6 weeks after suffering a ruptured
aneurysm
and then bowel ischaemia during the repair surgery. He developed pneumonia and renal failure also but both seem to have improved now.

What's the definition of vulnerable for Corona Virus?
I had open heart surgery 2 years ago for the removal of an aortic
aneurysm
. I'm taking the usual post heart op medication, as well as a Beta blocker and Apaxiban for slight irregular heart beats.

Covid-19 & Afib
I also have a 7mm ophthalmic artery
aneurysm
. Which surgery as been put on hold due to Covid-19. I do get offered a flu jab every year. I'm an Operations Manager for a Care Provider, so it is possible to work from home. But don't want to be in the wrong for asking.

Life is a Wonderful Thing
An
aneurysm
had ruptured, not a berry
aneurysm
but a dissecting one meaning that the entire artery had exploded over my brain stem and the Neurosurgeon’s realistically explained to Jayne that planning my funeral was probably the next step.

How long is the average recovery from a non-intrusive neurosurgery operation?
Has anyone here experienced a procedure for un-ruptured
aneurysm
called a flow divert stent? This procedure was done through the groin. I had this procedure January 2020. If so how long did it take for recovery?

Could it be Lupus?
I hope I can get an answer to this as I also have a brain
aneurysm
, which I've read can increase in size + rupture, in patients with lupus.

Newly diagnosed with aortic aneurysm and bicuspid aortic valve
If anyone else has had a combination of Thoracic Aortic
Aneurysm
and Bicuspid Aortic Valve (which I understand are related) or similar symptoms I'd be very interested to hear your experiences. Thanks for indulging my rambling. I started the day feeling pretty miserable but do feel better for it.

Why Won't GP Refer to Endocrinology?
It was at 31mm/hr Dec 2019 I've a tiny brain
aneurysm
. My thyroid ultrasound (March 2019) said - ''normal in size but mildly hypoechoic course parencyma. Correlation with thyroid function tests advised''. This check was done via ent; I had been referred there for tinnitus and neck lumps.
