Excited to move on!
It will be open heart to repair my aortic
aneurysm
and valve sparing. If valve needs replacing then will have a mechanical valve. ... then my life begins again without fear of dissection. Happy Jo!

Pelvic inflammatory disease- please help
I know my body, and know that something is going on- I have had a brain tumor, an occipital artery
aneurysm
and resection at 31 weeks pregnant, and thyroid cancer all of which I had to be my own advocate to get answers and resolve the problems.

My mum had a brain injury and I’m struggling with patience
A year ago my mum has a brain
aneurysm
and it really changed my life. Her accident happened on the day of my first a level and she stayed in hospitals and rehabilitation centres for 8 months. I feel so guilty making the situation about me because I know it must be so much harder for her.

Anxiety winning?
And I worry a lot that something like a tumor or
aneurysm
is affecting my health. I’m going for an mri to be sure. Just keep up the fight against your own body. You have to be mentally strong to ignore it

PKD diagnosis + aortic dissection
Has anyone any experience with aortic dissection and PKD as I know an
aneurysm
of the brain/aorta is a linked complication? Any advice would be welcome. Given his age and what he has just been through, these complications are worrying.

My dad has kidney failure
My Dad had an
aneurysm
in February and alot of his large bowel and gallbladder removed whilst in surgery. He spent 6 weeks in ITU where his kidneys needed filtering a few times. There was talk of dialysis but then the kidneys started to improve on their own.

Feeling so fed up with this debilitating illness, finding it hard to cope.
my very good friends killed in a motorbike accident - we saw the whole thing and were first attenders and I was the last person to see her with her eyes open (pretty sure I have PTSD but have to wait 17 months for an appointment), a few months after that my father in law passed away with an aortic

Help! Sorry if this is long!!
My
aneurysm
had grown despite the coil treatment I had and I was wheeled in for a craniotomy. This was absolutely horrible. The after effects was completely life changing and I was basically thrown out a few days later and told to get on with it. I had to learn to dress myself even .

Irregular heart beat, breathlessness
Hello...Four years ago l had a
aneurysm
on my aorta and as a consequence to this it was decided that a operation to replace the aortic arch and root was necessary. The sooner it was done the better.

Facial Paralysis & Eyelid Issue
I had a burst
aneurysm
7 weeks ago and after finding 2 more, had those 2 aneurysms "repaired" 6 weeks ago. The coiling caused facial paralysis to the left side of my face and deafness in my left ear causing tinnitus. The worst is my left eyelid won't close.
