Insomnia - Could nightime liothyronine exacerbate it?
Hi, I've just read: https://healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk/posts/148510755/liothyronine-brands-and-insomnia. As ever the answer seems to be "it depends"! Some better on or off lio, some better at bedtime or on waking, etc. My sleep pattern is (roughly) one half-decent sleep followed by an utterly awful

Help interpreting results
Hi, apologies for long post. I’m a 34yo female. I’ve had symptoms that line up with hypothyroid symptoms for years. Had a few tests when my eczema flared up really badly around 12 years ago, which coincides with the time that a lot of the symptoms began. Have had fatigue basically since catching Epstein-Barr

Hi I am currently taking one grain of ERFA split dose, and 100 mcg of thyroxine daily. I used my last ERFA today, and my new tablets seem to have been delayed in the post and haven’t arrived.. I’m not sure what to do tomorrow and until they arrive. Should I increase my thyroxine dose? I have

T4/T3 conversion
Can anyone recommend a good supplement for T4/T3 conversion please? My T3 blood tests (Medicheck) have been in the 3's since Covid - apart from a brief period when I hit the dizzy heights of 4.4 - but I've always been 'within range' so no chance of getting T3! I am currently waiting for an MRI (10

I think Tramadol has caused my RLS
Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'd love some advice, please. I have MS - I was diagnosed in the late 90s. I'm lucky that it hasn't affected me badly (yet), but I do suffer from pretty severe nerve pain. I managed it with Co-Codamol 30/500 for years. I'd been prescribed 8 per day but rarely took more

Mutations
I am on Orserdu (elacestrant) for a ESR1 mutation and feeling great but my CA27-29 tumor marker numbers continue to rise. Prior to this medication I was on Capecitabine for a PIC3 mutation and prior to that Piqray. Does any one know what meds work to target both mutations simultaneously?
