Query on thyroxine and metformin
Hi all, I’m diagnosed hypothyroid with TSH 3.65, normal free T3 but low free T4. I’m on 100mg of thyroxine but I feel that I have been gaining weight despite initially losing some when I started thyroxine. Also, I have insulin resistance and might need to start on metformin. Any advice?

Blood Sugar Issues While in Treatment
Hello Everyone. Nice to be able to work with you today. Has anyone experienced high blood sugar as a result of treatment. As you will see from my profile, I was originally diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer in 2002. This ended up as MBC in August of 2019. So, I have been on some sort of treatment

LOCI trial for PCOS
Hello, I wondered if anyone has participated/is participating in the LOCI trial. In the study you're given either Clomid or Letrozol with or without Metformin to see which works best for PCOS. I agreed to participate a couple of weeks ago and I'm waiting to find out the next steps. It'd be good to know

Type 2 diabetes medication shown to benefit asthma patients.
Type 2 diabetes patients who also have asthma are benefitting from a diabetes medication, typically given to help the pancreas produce more insulin, that also improves asthma symptoms and may reduce lung and airway inflammation. These types of medication — GLP-1 receptor agonists — are a newer class

What should I do next ?
I'd be grateful for advice on my latest blood test results and recent health history about what I should be doing next. I have hypothyroidism with Hashimoto and the last year has been quite up-and-down. I am now taking 50 mcg/day of Levo (Accord). My health history and blood test results are in my profile

9DPFET ... 5 day blastocyst, HCG at 7 on today’s test. my heart died a little bit.
I have done everything I could this time, ERA, immune suppressant, claxane, metformin, asprin, p4 oil shots. And yet, the HCG says 7. Doctor told me not to be too hopeful.
