Hi all, thank you so much for your replies, I am taking predisolone glicklazide, lansoprazosole, metformin. I should come off all of them in about 10 days time. I have had the diarrhea for 2 weeks. I had a blood test this morning should get the results early next week.

All those medications can cause diarrhoea and the combination of the metformin and gliclazide can also lead to nausea and vomiting and that should be reported to your doctor as it can be a sign of a serious problem.
