costochondritis
I keep going to the doctors with asthma symptoms including one time where I phoned the doctors and they told me to go A&E. They have all said costochondritis but they gave me a blue inhaler but it cant be that because 6 months down the line my symptoms are getting bad again. I think hay fever is one

General confusion!
I've already ranted about this...a lot, so feel free to completely ignore if I'm just banging on. I'm not asking for medical advice, it's not urgent and all the drs know about it plus the nurse I saw this morning for allergy test (as I was feeling dizzy then - not related to test). Basically: dizziness

Hi all, I have never been an allergic person before, but over the past couple of months this has all changed. I can now only wash my clothes in Fairy hypo-allergenic powder otherwise my skin itches, I have had to throw out my goose feather duvet and pillows as I couldnt breathe through coughing, and

Allergies and asthma with PD
I have had long term allergies to many things and also allergy induced asthma. I was diagnosed with PD 02/2011 and started on Azilect and a couple of PRN meds. Since I have been taking the Azilect, I have not had an asthma attack and my allergies are not so bothersome. Has anyone else had allergies

Severe food allergies and the catering industry
Hellooo! I often go to conferences, or have been on a holiday (catered abroad) and I alert them to my egg allergy which is usually no problem in itself. Often at conferences there are other people with allergies or special dietary needs. The one thing that makes it difficult for the catering staff and

The Results of My Food Allergy Testing...
OK...so some of it I knew ... some was a total shock. I had the Hemocode Test done here in Canada - 250 foods and food additives. I understand it's available in the UK as well. It tests for food intolerances, not food allergies. (Allergies manifest in the mouth, throat and lungs and react quickly - intolerances

My 15 month old has constant wheeze
Hello My daughter is 15 months old and hasn't ""offically"" been diagnosed with asthma but her recent symptoms and treatments certainly indicate that, plus, her eczema, food allergies (milk & egg) and history of allergy in my family mean it's looking more and more likely. So I decided I'd better find

Asthma and food allergies
I have identical twin boys who will be 3 this week. They have both been 'suspected' asthmatics since they were 10 months old. We had the results of allergy tests on thurs and found they are allergic to milk, eggs, wheat, soya, peanuts and one of them to house dust mite. We have a gp appointment tomorrow
