Just stressing as I don’t know much about asthma. I’m trying to not google as I think that’s the worst thing I can

Struggling!
I have struggled all day long today to breathe...have taken my blue 10 times. I’ve not been great for a couple of weeks and saw my asthma nurse at surgery who had referred me back to hosp after they ditched me from clinic because of Covid backlog. My nurse has stepped up my inhalers again to same as

what to do if you forget your emergency inhaler
so it's happened, I got to work 2 hours ago and realized I forgot my inhaler. I never leave the house without one but I was in a rush and it slipped my mind. unfortunately I work on an island and take a ferry to work so going home to get it isn't an option. I already don't feel great, I'm irritable,

New diagnosis, working on getting meds right
I suspect this is likely to be a work-in-progress forever as the goalposts keep moving, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I've been on Qvar 50 2 puffs twice a day since mid-May, and I finally got to actually see the respiratory nurse for the first time since March, and she's increased it to 3 puffs twice

Might’ve taken inhaler twice help
Hi everyone, after I got out of the shower I couldn’t remembered if I had taken my Symbicort inhaler before my shower. Anyway, I ended up taking it after the shower to be safe. Should I be worried if indeed I did accidentally take 2 doses of symbicort? Thanks

My Asthma preventive inhaler has been changed and the new one has made me feel worse after taking it for about two hours each time
I had been taking Qvar 100 twice a day preventative inhaler for three years after not being on any asthma meds for over twenty years and then in the last few weeks I felt bad after I had taken it and it didn’t seem to help anymore. My doctor changed me to the powder inhaler pulmicort turbhaler 200 twice

Ethical Salbutamol Supplier Sought
I’d like to get a spare inhaler for my partner. She is prescribed Salbutamol. In an ideal world the seller would contribute some of the sale proceeds to the work of Asthma Uk Does such a seller exist? If so I’d appreciate their contact details. Thanks

Symptoms but high peak flow
Hiya, I'm still waiting to be diagnosed but due to Covid-19, I haven't been able to meet the asthma nurse again. They think I have allergy induced/seasonal asthma as my main triggers are aerosols, hay-fever and tomatoes (intolerant). They suggested I track my peak flow so they have good evidence when

Shopping without a mask feel uncomfortable
I tried two masks, both made it difficult to breath and resulted in me felling dizzy and breathless even after taking my inhaler, this lasted for around 30 mins after wearing them for a few minutes. I ordered a sunflower lanyard with a card that says face mask exempt. Most supermarkets are aware of these

It was a beautiful morning, I wasn't 100% sure I was going to run today as my knees were still a bit sore yesterday, but this morning they felt OK, so...trainers on, off I went after the usual inventory (phone, headphones, water, inhaler etc.etc.) The warm up walk was delightful. First cold and Asthma
I've got a cold. It's the first one since I got diagnosed with Asthma. My chest feels like somethings sitting on it, my breathing is faster, I keep coughing, my throat hurts, I have more flam and my nose is blocked. I don't know if my blue inhaler with help and I don't have a written asthma plan yet.
