AIMOVIG
Keep away as far as possible from this stuff, the people that receive the profits from this poison should be made to take it, believe you me you are far better off with the migraine.

Taking a break from Aimovig
Aimovig
. I had been on it for just over a year and it’s been life changing, however, my headache nurse told me the last time I saw her that I have to take a break and see what happens.

Rebound headache
I'm having
Aimovig
injections but still getting a lot of migranes. I'm trying alternative cures for my throat, that aren't painkillers, but nothing works and I haven't got the luxury of just staying in bed. Had anyone else had the problem with painkillers and are there any non rebound painkillers?

Aimovig
Does anyone know what happens next, if
Aimovig
doesn't work? I'm into my third month of taking it but so far haven't noticed any improvement in my migranes.

Aimovig
Hi I just want to say, if anyone is put off the
Aimovig
injection because they're needle phoebic,as I am, then please don't worry. I had my first injection yesterday and it's not like a proper needle, it's more of a stamp on your skin and I found it virtually painless and had no reaction to it.

aimovig stopped working
hi
Aimovig
has allowed me to live a normal life again since starting with it in the summer but I have had migraines for everyday since the new year and triptans are not working. So sad about this after experiencing normal life for a few months. Has anyone else had this experience?

I've been fortunate to be given
Aimovig
to try, does anyone know if you continue with your preventative tablets, i.e amitriptyline and propanolol or come off them altogether? Thanks

Break in aimovig
I was on
aimovig
for two years before my neurologist said I needed to stop taking it for a while to see how I got on. Within 9 months my migraines had returned and I went back on it. 18 months later, I’m required to have another break in treatment.

Qulipta and weight loss
I switched to Qulipta 60 mg every day instead of a monthly injection of
Aimovig
after a significant uptick in migraines following an ablation for AFIB.

aimovig success so far
thanks to all messages regarding
aimovig
- pleased to say there’s a clear reduction in severity and frequency of migraines after two injections. I’m taking less triptans because the pain and other symptoms often come but then go away on their own or with regular pain relief.

Emagality seems to be working for me
Have tried literally everything else and was finally given
Aimovig
for 6 months, which didn’t work either. However my lovely specialist at my local hospital didn’t give up on me and prescribed Emagality instead.

Ajovy
I’ve tried
Aimovig
for 6 months but not terribly successfully. Has anyone found Ajovy to be better for them for chronic migraine? The jab itself was much more painful than
Aimovig
and has left a huge bruise and I’ve been in migraine ever since I did it-had anyone else experienced this please?

Another day in the neighborhood of a rare disease/autoimmune
My “200 day headache” has not returned, nor have my migraines worsened, now that I am on the
Aimovig
. But, my stiffness has worsened and spread. It doesn’t seem to get better after I get up in the morning either.

Christmas thoughts
Maybe the
Aimovig
is working? Or🤷♀️? Ferritin infusion? Increased venlafaxine quieting the trigeminal? Yesterday, it was hanging out in the background but barely noticeable. Definitely an improvement.
