How I stopped leg, feet and hand cramping

What do you take for Chronic Bronchitis

Asthma without wheezing or O2 levels dropping

I have these every night now , began after meds for arteries etc , now off these for months .I do the 15 min. ice cold water bath which lasts for several hours , do lotion , cold wet sox with others on top, and at 86 I need my sleep . No diabetes , low BP .,take Advair 500 for COPD . Its mostly my toes
