I have these every night now , began after meds for arteries etc , now off these for months .I do the 15 min. ice cold water bath which lasts for several hours , do lotion , cold wet sox with others on top, and at 86 I need my sleep . No diabetes , low BP .,take Advair 500 for COPD . Its mostly my toes that go bright red , no pain just awful feeling of heat , yet not hot to touch ? Of course the druggist has never heard of this ....help lease , as I cannot cope with no sleep ! Vicks/Aspirin/Nyquil tried them all .
