This isn't adrenal fatigue but more likely Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency.

Her current Endocrinologist doesn't know much about the adrenals/addisons and has been very neglectful, so I was wondering if anyone knows of one in the South East that is good with adrenal conditions, as well as thyroid please? Thank you in advance!

This lead me down the adrenal insufficiency/fatigue pathway….but not sure you can have high cortisol with adrenal insufficiency? What should I do next? Start some adaptogens that regulate cortisol? Wait and get a blood cortisol test to see if that’s low or high?
