Impact of Vasectomy on the Development and Progression of PCa: Preclinical Evidence
At 24 weeks, gross tumor (p = 0.089) and poorly differentiated
adenocarcinoma
(p = 0.036) occurred more often in vasectomized mice. Vasectomy significantly induced ZKSCAN3 expression in prostate tissues from C57BL/6 mice and prostate cancers from TRAMP mice.

Chemo and RT for Endo?
I just had a hysterectomy for
adenocarcinoma
endometrial type. I lived with post menopausal bleeding and let fear get in the way of my diagnosis for 4 years prior to surgery.

23 months since chemo ended and still holding on Lupron/Enzalutamide
Adenocarcinoma
is also responding to Lupron and Enzalutamide. (PSA <2). So my hybrid PC is now holding and I am enjoying whatever I can. This week we returned to a favorite spot to see the native Colorado columbine in bloom.

My PC Story and Cost Info for the Uninsured
The Net Net was my Biopsy showed that out of 9 samples, I had
adenocarcinoma
with a Gleason score 5+5=10 in five of the samples! While the nuclear full body scan did not show any cancer spreading outside of my prostate, I wanted to move quickly.

Tumor biopsy
The local pathology department I’m assuming will do the general pathology to determine
adenocarcinoma
vs NE. For the genomic testing, which lab is recommended? Caris, Foundation, or other? What testing is requested - a general panel or specific mutations?

Newly diagnosed
I was diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer
adenocarcinoma
, just over a week ago from a CT scan. I then had an EBUS, the MDT team was supposed to talk about me on Tuesday but I have to go for another needle lung biopsy tomorrow. I’m so scared of this. Has anyone else experienced this.

1-year in, now undifferentiated adenocarcinoma, next?
I've been on Lupron and Apalutamide for one year. Last night my MO informed that despite undetectable PSA there are new hot spots on sacrum, lymph nodes, rib, etc. I live in Boston area and get care at Dana Farber. Proposed care plan is docetaxel and carboplatin. Two questions if friends can help at

Lightning strikes twice!!
In July 2012 my dad was diagnosed with Stage 4
adenocarcinoma
he died 6 weeks later. On Wednesday my mum was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and is currently in hospital for a mediastinoscopy as they suspect the clear biopsy result of her lymphnodes was inaccurate.

chemo Cycle 4
As to previous post have any of you had a "synchronous grade 1 endometrioid
adenocarcinoma
of the endometruim" which may need radiotherapy after chemo. This came as a big shock as had never been mentioned before.

My mum is newly Diagnosed
My mum has been newly diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer (
adenocarcinoma
) with bone mets. She had no symptoms of lung cancer and it was only picked up as she had a private CT scan as she had severe back ache.

Five years ago I had a lumpectomy for breast cancer and while setting me up for follow up radiation they discovered a mass in my lung which turned out to be
adenocarcinoma
. Three months after the lumpectomy, I had a left upper lobectomy. Now a new mass is in that same lung.
