I think Tramadol has caused my RLS
However, I was told at a review I'd have to change to Tramadol as I was an
addiction
risk. I disagreed but it was done anyway. I started on 100mg MR but only took it in the morning for daytime pain that I'd ignored until I was taken off the Co-Codamol.

That is were the
addiction
lays. I don't have chronic pain problems. So I use about the lowest therapeutic dose. 2 grams 5 times daily. I take green meang da strain. I find it has a balanced effect. low doses have a mild stimulating effects and anxiolytic properties.

Torturous world of RLS
A functioning person is more likely to eat better, exercise more, smoke/drink less, have better mental health, even if they have an
addiction
. But they don't see it like that...and it is VERY frustrating !!! Why is Subutex only available for drug addicts to access?

I'm back here, but got myself back there, and need to get myself back THERE (to be read with gesticulations)
I think when you get to the point where you need to run further because you don’t feel like the distance has sufficiently crippled you physically and/or emotionally, it’s time to admit an unhealthy
addiction
. But, hey, that’s for another day!

Down to 1 mg Pred and how to let go?!
I want to let go completely and I think I am more psychologically attached to it now- not an
addiction
or anything like that - I just think it is like taking training wheels off the bike. Has anyone else successfully cut the cord?

The Winding Path Of Depression & Anxiety
DNA, trauma, physical health, environment, upbringing, conditioning,
addiction
... it takes a lifetime of experience to find the bottom of the barrel. It took me 47 years and a crap ton of health issues and trauma to lose my will to live.

Broken in all the right places?🧐🤔
I'm TRD, GAD, PTSD, Panic attacks, disorderd eating, body dysmorphia issues, childhood sexual abuse victim,
addiction
and substance abuse... this is my baggage. But it doesn't get to own OR define ME. I'm finally rising above my "crutches" and coming to terms with my dark side.

Success with Adderall dependence and changing medications?
I assume someone trained in
addiction
psychiatry may have some insights into normalizing brain function and neuroprotective measures from Adderall. But I pretty much get ignored or told they can't help without much explanation. Even sent a flyer for an
addiction
center.

. So, I have an addict brain. I have started practicing yoga and have found that to be extremely helpful also. Basically, I struggle ... a lot with anxiety and depression.

Hashimotos for Sixteen Years, Realizing I Know Next to Nothing
significantly overweight and I'd continued to walk daily no matter how much pain I was in; have never smoked, drink very little alcohol, rarely ate fast food (but I did eat some processed/junk food,) and basically thought I was doing as hood a job as could be expected for someone with a lifelong food

Shame & Addiction
My
addiction
has taken so much of my life away from me. At this point, it feels like I have lost everything. I am too scared to ask for help because society judges addicts harshly. If I get help, I know that I will be shamed.
