9 months on MTX, 5 months on Enbrel. Nothing is working.
Since doctors can't seem to heal me, I'm back asking for advice here in the forum. I'm basically trying to figure out what's next for me. It's now been 9 months on MTX and 5 months on Enbrel. I feel worse than ever. Extreme all-over pain, upset stomach, depression, anxiety, etc. A brief history of my

Shiatsu
To complement my Yoga I am now having Shiatsu, a kind of
acupuncture
without the needles. I don't really understand the theory, but if my treatment had gone no any longer, I would have been asleep!

Another controversial question...
Who on here with RA is a bit overweight and still eats the occasional naughty treat and often misses exercise to watch a good film? Some of my holier than though friends write to me fairly often saying I should eat this and do that and take myself off the RA drugs as they are killing me. That I can reverse

Chronic eadaches and Migraines
I have tried SO many things to try and ease them all, as they are so debilitating: - systemic drugs,
acupuncture
, diets, relaxation, exercise, natural medications etc. My sleep is poor and I am still having treatment for PTSD, but these headaches/migraines are something else!

No transfer 😢
So whilst I was having
acupuncture
this morning before transfer my husband received the dreaded phone call from the embryologist saying all 7 embryos were only at day 3 despite them being on day 5.

Tapering at a snails pace but still having withdrawal issues
Last few days I see an improvement though so I seem to be working through it and
acupuncture
has helped a lot. As I have no pain these side effects are more a nuisance than anything but they are hard work and very tiring. I feel like the goal posts are constantly changing.

Acupuncture
I’ve just been for a session for
acupuncture
to help sort my aching shoulders, my insomnia and my migraine. I found the whole process extremely therapeutic, including discussing general anxieties and worries.

This what my neuro dr. told me today
Alternative ways (
acupuncture
, chiropractics, etc.) - waste of money; 6. Exercising - the single one which may slow down PD He told me that before C/L (1967) all PWP were fully disabled in 3 years and dead in 5. I want to hear your ideas about all of these. Thank you.

Pelvic pain
L3 L4 disc reduction
acupuncture
etc. last month I went to an older urologist(dr Lloyd) that knew exactly what it was and sent me to physical therapy for internal pelvic muscles. Usually a woman’s space but they went into my rear. She also put needles across my external oblique and ran voltage.

Reflexology during Stimms
Hi Has anyone had reflexology during Stimms? It’s something I have only just started, but would like a few more rounds of, I just don’t want it to interfere with my Stimms. My acupuncturist only wants to see me based on the results of my scans, so not sure about reflexology. Any thoughts?

Help needed please - 14 year old son with bladder incontinence
We have just such started
acupuncture
privately as NHS will not support this. The hospital seems to have nothing more to offer and I am absolutely desperate for him. Does anyone have any experiences or advice which they can share with me?

I'm going to have
