Reflexology during Stimms

Hi

Has anyone had reflexology during Stimms? It’s something I have only just started, but would like a few more rounds of, I just don’t want it to interfere with my Stimms. My acupuncturist only wants to see me based on the results of my scans, so not sure about reflexology.

Any thoughts?

Hello, I had reflexology through my stims, but on the last session (2 days before my EC), she avoided the ovarys whilst doing the reflexology, as she didnt want to interfere with the stimming. My dr said it was fine to carry on with the sessions whilst stilling but my reflexologist chose to avoid the ovaries. Definitely worth giving it a few more sessions x

Great! I think I will, I might just double check with the clinic as well to be sure. I was really anxious yesterday and felt loads better after I had been!

Double check with your clinic as they all may say different things, and if you do want the reflexologist to avoid the ovaries whilst doing the session just tell them beforehand. It is great, I used to fall asleep every time
