Help, Can anybody interpret these results?
Can someone help me make sense of these test results? MC = Medichecks. NHS = GP Surgery, BH = Blue Horizon. What is screaming at me over these last 6 bloods is that they are all fasting, taken around 9.00am. The very last results were based on supplementation of B12 sublingual spray 300 mcg x1 day Thorpe

Latest Results - Advice needed please
I had a blood test last week on the NHS and my results are back (shown above). I don't know the difference between pmol/L and ng/L so the Folate Serum and vitamin B12 results means very little to me. There were increases in: Vitamin D Free T3 Free T4 There were decreases in: Ferritin TSH There

Help to keep T3 at correct level
Hello, I need some help please. I have recently had a couple of bouts of Atrial Fibrillation, May and July. My GP registrar wrote to the endocrinology team to ask for advise because my TSH was 0.02. The endo (who I have never met) has written back and said to halve my dose of T3 from 20mcg to 10mcg

Just seen endocrinologist and demused
I have been having problems since March 2023 with heart flutters, tremor in hands and shakiness. A blood test found TSH at 7.35 and T4 at 22.5. I have been hypothyroid since 1994 and was stable on 175mcg levothyroxine until this point(March '23). Blood tests, both NHS and from Monitor My Health

swollen neck question
just wanted to ask something here as it’s been bothering me and a bit confused. I had my neck scanned beginning of the year and they confirmed my thyroid was enlarged but nothing untoward going on and that unfortunately it just happens for some people and if I have any symptoms just to go back to GP

Suspected Hashimotos? Now what?
Hi There, back in March this forum was kind enough to help me with some thyroid results I had. I've done a re-test 7 months later and numbers seem to be moving in the wrong direction. Can anyone advise what next steps might be? Is this definitively Hashimotos? In March I paid to see a private GP who

thyroid brand
Hope you can help me. I have Hashimotos and am therefore on Levothyroxine. I am having trouble getting the prescribed brand, Wockhardt, from any of my local chemists and the pharmacists seem reluctant to order it in for me. Always take this particular brand as it does not contain Acacia to which I am

Could anyone give advice on latest results pls
Having had my T4 reduced from 100mcg to 50mcg, I finally managed to get it increased from 50mcg to 75mcg. The latest test results are below, and I'd be interested in opinions. I feel I should increase back to 100mcg, and I think my results show room for improvement? I currently take 50mcg T3 & 75mcg

Blood testing time if I take Levo at night
Hi all - From the forum posts I have seen I need to take my blood test at 9am in the morning and 24 hours after my last dose of Levo. However I take Levo at 10pm at night. Should I skip the 10pm dose and do the blood test at 9am next morning? or take the blood test at 10pm 24 hours after my last dose

New bloods. New worries. My levels are returning to normal
So since upping my dose by myself to get below 6 TSH I upped to 112.5mcg and now my levels are. TSH 2.2 (0.2-5.5) T4 20 (9-21) So I feel upping my dose has worked in yet to feel greatly better though which is disappointing and now I’m experiencing hair loss like diffuse at the top of my head like

Not a question just information
Hi everyone. Bit of back story first. I was diagnosed with RA 15 years age 40 & spent around 9 years on various Dmards which either didn’t work or zonked me out. Been on etanercept for around 6 years & finally got my life back. I did have to give my job up as it worked that well to suppress my immune
