This is the first of 3 posts on vitamin D. My sense is that many men with PCa in the U.S. are aware that vitamin D might be useful. Dr. Myers, an early adopter, has spoken of its importance, & the difficulty his patients have in raising levels. (Which implies that he tests patient levels. How many

I am new here. Could my continuing groin strain be linked to Adcal-D3 caplets?
I have joined this forum as I can't get rid of groin strain and thigh pain. My hip has been Xrayed and is OK. I have been taking Ad Cal caplets 750mg two twice a day and wonder if this has caused the groin tightness then strain and pain I have been experiencing since January? I did not have this pain

Gluten free vitamins contains wheat starch
I've been trying to find Vitamin D3 tablets that do not contain maize/corn, gluten, wheat, soya. (tried various brands including some prescribed by Dr and none agree with me.) I found Bioglan Vitamin D3 which seemed to fit the bill and have been taking them for a week or so. My mood lifted somewhat,

Vitamin D3 and D2 test result - I haven't got a clue but nor did the GP's receptionist
Hello again. My vitamin D tests are finally in at the doctors and all I could get from the receptionist over the phone were the following levels - initially she claimed that there was nothing written behind the numbers i.e. unit or range, but after another phone call she has given nmol/l as the unit.
