Help! Sudden and severe thyroid issue when pregnant and breastfeeding?
I went to the Emergency Room because the symptoms were so severe. Around the time of implantation (10 days past ovulation) I became very tired, my arms and legs became weak, jittery, shaky, feels like nerves are surging, high anxiety and trouble walking and balance issues and some dizziness. Heart sometimes

Angry at registrar and other things
Just got off the phone from the ent registrar, chasing up results. He said all my results, the full suite, were 'fine', some were 'low but fine'. The thing is i have no confidence in him, as he was clearly out of his comfort zone last week when I was asking him about TT4. I'm going to the GP tomorrow

morning all, I have had Graves disease for a number of years now but have lost track of what my levels should be. I do not currently want RAI so have been continued on 5mg Carbimazole. I most recent results are: T4 11.6 and TSH 1.90. Can I have some feedback on them please? thanks in advance

Body temp 35.2°C on waking
Not been feeling the cold so much since I got my levo upped (150mcg) and started talking a little T3 (12.5mcg morning and 6.25mcg bedtime). Have been working on other vitamin levels too. Tried hi strength probiotic (Progurt) off a friend and had no reaction from it he suggested something wrong probably

Armour NDT Problems
Hi Everyone After seeing a private homeopath a month ago, he prescribed me half a grain of Armour rising to 1 grain after a month (I am due to increase to a grain this weekend). I have been having worsening symptoms in that period, extreme exhaustion, foggy brain, lack of appetite, depression and anxiety

Advice on discussing results with GP please!
Hello - I am seeing my GP next week and am hoping for a referral to an endocrinologist based on my recent Medichecks results, listed below. But I am concerned that he will only look at TSH & F4 and just want to lower levothyroxine. I would greatly appreciate any advice, comments or resources with regard

Brand vs generic & R-alpha lipoid acid
Hello all, So maybe 3 to 4 weeks ago, I had posted a question asking if anyone had used Dr Burt Berksons therapy for PBC. Dr Berkson has worked with Dr Julian Whitaker. My dr here has worked w/Dr Whitaker. My dr confirmed that Dr Berkson has had positive results using r-alpha lipoic acids/selenium/

Free T3 & Reverse T3 issues
Hi - I'm new here and this is my first post. I would welcome any input on my Medichecks results. My history is Radioactive Iodine in 1988. Started Levothyroxine 100mcg a day in 2004. Occasionally my then GP would try dropping to 75mcg, but agreed to treat on symptoms rather than lab results and I stayed
