Free T3 & Reverse T3 issues

Hi - I'm new here and this is my first post. I would welcome any input on my Medichecks results. My history is Radioactive Iodine in 1988. Started Levothyroxine 100mcg a day in 2004. Occasionally my then GP would try dropping to 75mcg, but agreed to treat on symptoms rather than lab results and I stayed on 100mcg. Five years ago I started becoming more symptomatic which was put down being in an extremely stressful situation. Said situation has resolved, but symptoms have worsened to the point where I am almost housebound. My new GP has trialled raising the Levo to 125mcg, but I had hyper reactions. After doing research I had tests done through Medichecks. Other than Levo, I only take Vitamin D, which I see is inadequate. I have a very clean healthy diet, gluten/sugar/processed/refined carbs free and organic wherever possible. I am puzzled by the antibodies result. I understand that it is unlikely that I will get help from the NHS for the T3 and rT3 issues, but have no idea what to do now.

I'm not sure why antibodies are so high but my doc wants me to consider raking LDN Low Dose Naltrexone to lower my antibodies. Look it up and good luck.
