Probably a dumb question - am about to start this programme and listened to the first podcast. It says you can do this indoors. If you do this indoors, is the walking supposed to be "on the spot" or should I be walking in circles around the sitting room? when laura demonstrates the warm up on the video - she is standing still!!

Hi Revnev,

You can walk on the spot! If you've got more room, you could walk around too! Good luck.
