I graduated C25K recently and wanted to add something to my rest days and this looks perfect. So just downloaded the podcasts and plan to do the first one tomorrow when I come back from my swim.

Hope you enjoy. I find it has strengthened some of my core muscles - think it has helped improve my (slow) running times.
