The podcast programme? I don't run through that particular programme now (unlike C25K which many of us will re-do from time to time, for reasons or for the heck of it) but it is useful to do once.

I really liked the plan. I write about it on my 2nd Runniversary at healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and this post has also some links to self-made plans to strengthen my niggly knees at the time.

4 years of running, and niggly knees are a thing of the past!
