Aahhh this is the S&F life!!!
Just came down from my work office (former bedroom, but since Covid my home office), hubby is cooking, and I just jumped on Treddy, my new treadmill, to do a 12 minute active walk in Virtual Watopia! (Free for runners!)
It’s just perfect for this little bit of time, when hubby cooks and tells me, I’ve got 15 minutes! Too short to get out for a walk, but jumping on the treadmill is always possible!
And a bit more intriguing is that I managed to upload my own (beginners) training program to Zwift! So Zwift now tells me how fast to walk when! The plan gets me slowly used to walking at 3% incline! I’m on week 1 day 5.
Week 2 will introduce hopping off and on to do a bit if aerobic stepping as well! And week 3 includes intervals of very fast walks!
