It’s been a super-busy week for me, with no runs and rows since last Sunday. I did however manage to walk every day, very quick walks and 4 of them on my treadmill, so with a 3% incline.
But as I do the rope flow as a warmup before running or walking outside, I also missed out on rope flow!
So I had this rope flow video lined up to get me in the flow again this weekend. Back to solid basics but a good set of drills.
Let me know how you like it!

Hi CBDB thanks for posting this video - very useful 👍😊. The ‘tail’ move looks tricky 😬
I am more confident with overhand and underhand and can even swivel round (N to S) , doing a ‘helicopter’ at east & west 😀. Dragons are still better on one side - very frustrating! Sneak coming along but rope gets caught on the back arm sometimes - doing something wrong, so back to the video again 😂. I find using shorter rope inside but holding in one hand really helps embed the movements 👍 . Have fun rope flowing this weekend, let me know how you get on.

LOL you sound like a mirror image of me. My sneak also feels sloppy with the rope getting caught on arm too often. Will try a shorter rope. Will report back.
Still rolling the basics and flowing with various figure 8s, one handed, helicopters, sushi, and one-side overhand sneak. So it’s nice to be able to do a flow, even with only these basic and one direction only flows.
