I do run (or at least I will do again once antibiotics do their stuff) and I stretch. I still do yoga and pilates, though that has slid away somewhat with it being cold to get out of bed and into a cold room! But I have not been doing the strengthening work that an old geezer needs to.
It felt really good to have a gentle workout that was perfectly pitched at my level of decrepitude!

I’m familiar with Cindy, I did some of her workouts when I was trying to get my fitness back after treatment and recovery…doc suggested looking up senior and seated exercises first to build strength up.
You're a mere fledgling, but it's great to work at the level you are at; and I figure it is FAR better to find exercises I will actually do, rather than feel guilty about NOT doing! 🤣
