Instead of forcing the issue and doing a run this morning, I decided to exercise instead.
I did my one-legged toothbrushing, got some cooking underway and made breakfast for the chiddlers, and then sought out a routine.
I accepted the inevitable and did a 15 minute senior strength - Fitness with Cindy - workout.

I do run (or at least I will do again once antibiotics do their stuff) and I stretch. I still do yoga and pilates, though that has slid away somewhat with it being cold to get out of bed and into a cold room! But I have not been doing the strengthening work that an old geezer needs to.
It felt really good to have a gentle workout that was perfectly pitched at my level of decrepitude!
