I followed in ToothPickJafah ‘s foot-“steps” today, with
☆ A great run this morning (ok, it was dreary and drizzle, but I got it done
☆ A fabulous family board game in the afternoon with son and hubby.
☆ And inbetween, hubby and I took 5 minutes to learn another step for the Stepxercises. We don’t have pretty steps yet, but Xmas is near! And they are surprisingly loads of fun, stepping together to the beat of some great music!
☆Last thing left to do after dinner will be a quick 20 min session on my rower as part of Rowvember.
Sundays are certainly not for lazing around in this household. (Oh, and hubby may have won the board game, but not who stepped the most beautifully!)
The 5 min basic step session was to learn the V-step:
I might be taking a rest day from stepping today but I’ve had an ‘unlazy’ Monday morning…did Tibetan rites after waking up, then 50 body weight sumo squats while making tea…followed by some sitting down triceps curls with dumbbell and also chair tricep dips…and I’ve just done another 50 sumo squats with 8kg kettlebell 👏 that’s my lot done for now!!
But I’m itching to learn more steps 🙈 having to stop myself putting a video on and just doing it haha 😂 I’m resisting hard!
