I love to have a plan - good old fashioned paper and pen! So in a bid to keep the motivation up and keep a record of what I actually do (not what I imagine I have done 😂), I have made this plan…….see photo. I have managed to fill in something for most days so far, with only a couple of 🙁. Tip: If pushed for time….do squats while brushing your teeth, that’s what I have been doing every day 😂
