Part One... 8.30 a.m.
Hello everyone.
Well, yesterday's rest day worked its magic and I slept well and rested easy. A slightly cooler night meant that sleep came without effort.
Today, currently, is wet, very...and after my morning exercises, I have the day pretty well planned out. Nothing though, is written in stone. I am being kind to myself and if things do not go according to plan. It matters not. I shall adapt.
A session of pill box and refill, sorting again, with Mr OF( a marathon in itself), and then home made soup to be made... does chopping loads of veggies, count as exercise?
Then the day is mine.
I intend beginning today with my normal, ( though slightly shortened), routine to get me moving, and then I intend planning.
Okay... Part two...20.00
Busy-ish day...
* 2 quick loads of washing and drying... between rain !
* Vacuumed stairs, lounge and conservatory.
All this counts as exercise, by the way... those of you who have read some of my other posts know that !

* A 1k walk accompanying Mr OF on his daily exercise...he did well !
* Then lunch and an afternoon of finishing my Hare painting... her name is Myrtle!
Time spent on my painting is true rest time and so, so relaxing. All that you focus on... is the painting. Bliss.
So:
Having prepared and eaten a light supper... here goes.
Tomorrow , I am upping my game a tad...just a tad!
I have got a plan sketched out for the week, moving forward. Changing some exercise focus each day and building in rests and walks...long walk Thursday.
Okay...Tomorrow.
First thing... Knees, ankles calves and toes routine... before getting up...( to the tune of Heads and shoulders... ).
Then;
Squats,
Whilst cleaning my teeth.... currently 10 in each of the one minute electric brush cycles . So 50. ( Not as deep as usual and no sumo squats).
Then, for the first time in an age,
Body fit by Amy : 16 minute standing low-impact legs workout.. no squats or lunges
Finish with;
20 minutes Gentle Morning Yoga with Adriene.
That will see me started !
I will post how it goes... just for my own record!
Okay... there we go!
I think I shall sleep well tonight !
