Where can I find the strength and flex programme that was originally available as a podcast

There were some hickups that we reported with the podcasts , but they should be fixed again now. We have received the advice to download/access the podcasts from the official website , but make sure you reload that website as this link was also broken.

Let me know if you get them ok.

I am still unable to access these podcasts. I get to the nhs page and my only option is to download in iTunes it states episodes unavailable.
