These are challenging times, and I think it’s ok to feel immensely down at moments. Our whole world has been thrown into upheaval, and it affects us on so many levels. And when we stop and take some time to digest it all, it can really throw us.
Hope you know - as Adriene often says - that you’re not alone.
And take good care of yourself! Which you are already doing through this practice, so well done. 🧘🏻♀️♥️♥️♥️🙏
Aww D-F, I’m sorry you’re having a tough time at the moment. As CBDB says, Adriene offers these practices so that we don’t need to feel alone. Of course, the pandemic means that lots of people are physically by themselves, but practicing yoga “together” can be a wonderful thing. ❤️
Maybe today’s quiet meditation practice served a purpose by letting you release some pent up emotion?

Oh dear. I'm sorry to hear you're feeling bad. Life's so tough at the moment but people do care and wish we could help. Sometimes tears are the only answer. We're past the worst of the winter lockdown. The end is in sight so hang on in there....

I did my YWA this morning and by evening I just wanted another YWA session and did the heart chakra from day before yesterday. And it just allowed me to find what feels good. So hope you find a session like that for you. Maybe even crow? 😉😘

Im going to look at another 30 day practice after Bridge - really love having the focus of a daily session to do.
Been told "Home" is a good one ...also very aptly named seen as that's where we all are at present and I feel really lucky to have my own lovely little Home too 😀...

Sorry to read this, it seems this lockdown is a lot tougher to deal with than the previous ones.When I'm outside walking my dog or out running it's nice to be able to forget about it all and listen to the birds they know Spring is just round the corner. But back home it's sometimes difficult to keep those positive thoughts going.
At least with this community we've all got somewhere to be able to get support when we need it.

It really is more difficult as this lockdown goes on and on...but also I feel that some of these practices do help us relieve pent up emotions. Adriene is so gentle and supportive with what she says...I confess that there have been a couple of times when I have felt tearful at the end of a session. I think that we are so lucky to have this community where we can share our feelings and support one another...and how fortunate to have discovered running and yoga...
