🧘🏽 Today my focus on improving my knees was facilitated again by Rachel, The Girl with the Pilates Mat, and her 30min workout of “Pilates for Painful Knees”.

🦵 And boy do I need to work on my knees. As mentioned yesterday, these knee exercises make it glaringly obvious to me that my right knee (and therefore leg) is considerable weaker, something I never noticed in my (Japanese slow) running.
🏃🏻♀️ So I wonder if this was a good wake-up call to remedy the weakness before starting on my 5k to 10k journey.
🧜🏻♀️ I was actually able to do all exercises bar one. The elegant mermaid like position with lying forwards on the floor and paddling with both legs in the air looks so easy but boy is that hard. One knee on the floor started just to hurt supporting the other in the air and there was no possibility of lifting both legs in the air. So that one I had to sit out.
