๐ Returning to Lauraโs Strength and Flex Workout, but this morning I am back in my outside gym, now clad in gorgeous autumn colours.
๐ณ At a time where the world seems to hurtle towards chaos, itโs so lovely to revisit the large sitting rock for bench-dips, the now red leaved maple branches for standing pull-ups, or the longish wet lawn for standing stretches. Itโs not just a workout, it feels like that little period of peacefulness that revitalises and reconnects.
๐ง Also new, I put the whole podcast workout into my IPhone Tabata Timer, so I can now listen to my own music.
๐๐พโโ๏ธIt certainly works for me and the 35 -40 min of a gentle whole body workout that one can do in the park or garden is just the perfect thing to start a weekend Sunday.
