New Times and adapting

We are all used to the mods and cons of a gym. I personally haven't let that stop me. Invested a bit I weights and now having a make shift gym to get me through this. 1 hour roughly a day 4 times a week. Really helps my mental health. I feel better about myself. My point is we just need to adapt and try a new way.
