Good morning. Its Friday. Again this week kick start your weekend with a good fast workout. It's the same as last weeks, if you did it last week then try and get another set in this week.

Remember to SMILE 😁😁😁😁😁J

(Just keep repeating the sets until you can do no more. Rest for 3 mins and get a bit of fluid, then go again until you can do no more. Doesn't matter what end you start at or even if you down and then work up. Max effort. Keep a record of time and how many sets, so if we do again you can see if you have bettered it) 😊💪

So 3 2 1............. Goooooooooo

10x star jumps

8x squats jumps

6x sit ups

4x press ups

2x burpees

I just done mine all be it a day late lol I added in a wee twist at the end. Defiantly gets a sweat going.

10x star jumps

8x squat jumps

6x sit up through

4x push ups

2x burpees

X12 rounds

Rest 2 mins

20x star jumps

20x squat jumps

20x sit up through

20x push ups

20x burpees

X1 round
