10 jumping Jack's
10 squats
10 push up
10 sit ups
10 Lunges (5 each leg)
Repeat 5 times (try and not take a break)
Or
Workout 2
20 jumping Jack's
20 standing Crunches
10 side jumps (each side)
10 Lunges (hands on hips)
15 squats
10 climbing rope/ladder
10 burpees
Repeat 8 times (try and not take a break)

Well, that warmed me up! Decided to do the push ups on my knees - 50? unlikely!
Well I did the 50, but glad of my knees😂.
I think the daily yoga (and ju-ju- 's plankathon) must have done wonders for my upper body strength (which was starting from a very low bar it has to be said!)
