So what a week it has been. My gym had to close but thankfully I had invested a few ££s into weights. So I can still continue at my dad's shed. Being a delevery driver I have just got busy instantly and yesterday I had completed my 4th 15hr working day in a row. I was tetchy and couldn't settle. Decided to go for a run. What a run 10k. It really helped me hit the reset button. I would urge everyone to keep exercising through this. It will keep you level headed. Here's my week

Monday

Leg raises straight 3x10

Leg raises side 3x10

Plank crossovers 3x10

Crunches 3x30

Russian medicine ball throw 2x10 ech side (6kg)

Medicine ball diagonal lift 2x10 each side (12kg)

Side cable pull 3x10 (3b 3b 3b)

So your dad's shed is your new gym, that is very nice of him to allow you to do your exercises in his shed.

Good workout for you this week, the AlMorr gym has not closed, when I told a friend of mine that I had a yoga mat, kettlebells and did a lot of exercises at home as well as cycling, running and walking he told me not to join a gym.

Bet the same equipment would cost a lot more if you hadn't bought it when you did! It's fantastic you have that to fall back on to maintain some continuity. Happy workouts!
