So what a week it has been. My gym had to close but thankfully I had invested a few ££s into weights. So I can still continue at my dad's shed. Being a delevery driver I have just got busy instantly and yesterday I had completed my 4th 15hr working day in a row. I was tetchy and couldn't settle. Decided to go for a run. What a run 10k.
