I am doing your planks OK, as I have been planking for a few years now I am doing the final week planks on a Monday and Thursday and the actual ones you suggest on other days, I am also following your Magic 10 and combining that with the Vitality Running World Cup, I am in the HealthUnlocked team, not such good news regarding the 10,000 kettle swing challenge, I have had a pair of 5 Kilogram Kettlebells for around two years and usually do 200 swings spread over a few days, but by increasing them to 700 a week my back got sore and I went back to the 200 swings a week.
