Having not run for over a week due to a horrid cold 🤧 which has laid me low, I made it out today, and was pleasantly surprised that I managed 30 mins, albeit avoiding any hills and at a gentle pace. 🏃♀️
The one thing that was aching before I started and is aching now, (though didn’t ache during!) are my shins. I don’t think it’s shin splints or anything, but if anyone could point me to a few focused exercises / stretches to help, that’d be grand 😊

I'm not sure what the answer is here, sorry! But I would imagine working on stretches for calves, achilles, quads and hamstrings might help. Take a look at the pinned posts - there are a series of 'body parts' posts there which should help get you started. If the pain remains, or gets worse, it will probably pay to get advice from a sports physio. Good luck.
