A little behind on the programme but really enjoying the ‘daily’ Yoga. Has everyone recovered from Day 6, my abs felt every minute of that one 🙏

I was sore for three days! 😄
It’s addictive isn’t it, it’s nice that every day there is a slightly different workout. Day 12 was a beauty, called Nurture, you’ll need to have your blanket handy.
I'm doing session 6 tonight 🙈😂😂

It's good isn't it? I did 13 today and there hasn't been anything as intense as 6 since then. Enjoy 😍
Completed 9 days as only doing a session or 2 on days I'm not running. Day 6 was horrible - could not do these twists at all! Shocking how weak my abs are. But love reintroduction to yoga and feel better connected with my body and stronger already after the 9 workouts.
Isn’t it fun doing the challenge all together (more or less)? I think it helps spur us all on - just like the forums do for our running. ❤️
