It has to be Mondays double session taking it out of me. Lol. Didn't have the energy for gym. Mum and dad had the kids so the wife and me went for a good walk. Feel better for it. A good walk does wonders for you.
Would any if you good folk have any training plans for football fitness. Short sprints and change of direction. A weekly plan and small sessions would be good. If anyone has a link handy
